My blog today dedicated to working mothers who are feeling guilty  to leave their children and not being able to spend enough time with them, who are stressed to find balance between their work and their children

Here are tips that can help to be a calm ,relaxed mother and moreover enjoy your motherhood

1- Your children need you attention and concentration more than your physical existance, be sure to spend enough quality time with them when you are back home

2- Spend quality time when you are able to do it and not when you stressed and tired

3- Take your break,your time out to energise yourself we can’t take care of our children if we didn’t take of ourselves

4- Shut down electronics device disconnect from mobile , laptop for at least one hour when you are at home this will help you to relax to  be a calm mother who can concentrate with her children

When we are calm and able to concentrate, children are calm too and able to understand , listen to you , moreover cooperate with you
